The MH office tackles the Bring Sally Up challenge – 3mins 28secs of press-ups set to the soundtrack of Moby’s “Flowers”.
The rules are simple. On “Bring Sally up”, you go up. On “Bring Sally down”, you go down. Repeat until the song ends – or you collapse.
